New Campus of Tianjin Juilliard School Put into Operation

On October 26, the Tianjin Juilliard School held the campus inauguration ceremony, and claimed the new campus in TEDA was officially put into operation.

Founded in 1905, the Juilliard School in America is a world leader in performance art education. It has cooperated with Tianjin Conservatory of Music to found the Tianjin Juilliard School and the Juilliard Graduate School of Tianjin Conservatory of Music.

The Tianjin Juilliard School now have 105 pre-university students and 70 postgraduate students from China, the USA, Canada, Russia, Japan, Korea and Singapore.

“The inauguration ceremony of Tianjin Juilliard School marks its historic and transformational development in China. It’s a start of art colleges’ cooperation between China and the US. The School will have a promising future.” said Polisi, Honorary Principal and Chief of China Affairs in the Juilliard School.
