TEDA Produces Fruitful Results at the Launch of National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week

On September 15, a launching ceremony was held at the Tianjin sub-site of the 2022 National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week in which many TEDA enterprises were invited to participate. As the representative of entrepreneurship and innovation enterprises, Tsingke Environmental Protection shared its experience, while I-KINGTEC Co., Ltd, Jingxinwei Electronic Technology, CanSino and Aachen United Technology presented as representatives of university students’ entrepreneurship, commercialization of technological research results, entrepreneurship of returned students and Sino-foreign scientific and technological cooperation and innovation respectively.

As one of the first National  Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Bases, the Demonstration Base for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in TEDA was awarded the State Council's Inspector's Incentive in May 2020 for its entrepreneurship and innovation work, and was the only national-level economic and technological development zone to receive this award that year. By the end of 2021, TEDA had 983 national science and technology-based SMEs, 493 eyas enterprises, 52 gazelle enterprises, 37 science and technology leading and leading cultivation enterprises, 890 national high-tech enterprises and 10 national-level entrepreneurship and innovation carriers.
