TEDA Sold Land to Build Green Intelligent Logistics Park

Throne (Tianjin) Logistics Co., Ltd. got new land covering 102,377.9 square meters in TEDA. It is expected to build a green intelligent logistics park here to improve the high-quality development of regional logistics.

Founded in TEDA in 2018, Throne (Tianjin) Logistics Co., Ltd. is engaged in the development and construction and operations management of green intelligent modern logistics park. The new land project is a significant step for the company’s deep layout in TEDA. In the early stage, an AI R&D and application base integrating R&D, testing, intelligent manufacturing and sales will be built, focusing on intelligent logistics industries such as UAVs, unmanned vehicles, intelligent shelves and unmanned warehouses; in the later stage, a comprehensive intelligent logistics industry cluster will be built. The project will be constructed in two phases, and the first phase is expected to be completed in August 2022.
