Alliance Drew 12 Enterprises to TEDA

Tianjin Internet New Economy Talent Alliance for Innovation & Entrepreneurship was founded in TEDA at the end of 2020. Based on the Internet new economy in Tianjin, the Alliance is committed to building Internet industry cluster and talent pool, with integrated talent, industries, projects, technologies and capital.

12 Internet enterprises including Tencent Skylark, Yi Dui Operation Management Center and Genetron Internet Hospital signed agreements and settled down in TEDA, after the Alliance’s foundation. These enterprises create over 4,000 jobs, with registered capital of 300 million yuan. The Alliance actively helps to solve problems during the settlement and operation of enterprises.

During the settlement of IELTS Smart Learning APP, TEDA provided comprehensive services to help the company complete all procedures in short time, ensuring the smooth landing and operation of the project.

Meanwhile, the Alliance constantly promotes the interaction between enterprises and universities and builds talent pool. It solicits the technologies and talent enterprises need, promoting universities, institutions, enterprises and research teams to join. It also promotes in-depth cooperation between human crowdsourcing platform enterprises and universities in the Alliance, and accurately cultivates talent urgently needed by local industries and applicable talent of enterprises, which has sent about 1,000 graduates to its members. It joins hands with universities to build new recruitment channels and employment platforms, realizing the continuous introduction of talent in the Alliance.
