TEDA Holds International Exchange Event with Indonesia on Green and Low-Carbon Transition and Overseas Expansion Services

Recently, representatives from the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, national think tanks, and Industrial Association visited TEDA. The two sides engaged in international exchanges on topics such as the low-carbon transition of industrial parks and TEDA enterprises' expansion into Indonesia.
During the event, Ma Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of TEDA Party Committee and Vice Chairman of TEDA Administrative Commission, shared over 40 years’ experience in industrial park development with the Indonesian delegation. The two sides discussed TEDA's green and low-carbon transition and upgrading, as well as its overseas expansion services. The Indonesian delegation also visited the TEDA Exhibition and Exchange Center, the First Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Second Thermal Power Plant, and the TEDA Dual-Carbon Exhibition Hall to gain an in-depth understanding of TEDA's practical achievements in sustainable development.
The Indonesian delegation stated that TEDA's successful experience holds valuable insights for promoting the green development of industrial parks in Indonesia. They expressed hope that TEDA enterprises would bring more green and low-carbon technologies to Indonesia.
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Indonesia. Seizing this opportunity, TEDA will further strengthen ties with relevant Indonesian stakeholders, provide more convenient services for TEDA enterprises seeking to explore the Indonesian market, and jointly explore innovative pathways for the green development of industrial parks with Indonesia, thereby contributing TEDA's strength to advancing green cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
