Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce

The Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, also bearing the titles of Tianjin Municipal People's Government Port Service Office and Tianjin Convention and Exhibition Bureau,  is responsible for the research of development strategies of domestic and foreign trade as well as international economic cooperation. It implements relevant laws and regulations regarding domestic and foreign trade, international economic cooperation, and port work. It guides the reform of enterprises engaging in commodity distribution, the development of commercial service industries and community commerce, and manages commodity import and export trade. Additionally, it provides guidance and support for the long-term and healthy development of going-global bases.

Foreign Affairs Office of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government

The Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Tianjin is mainly responsible for the foreign affairs work in Tianjin. Its responsibilities include external liaison and coordination, investment promotion, information research, external publicity, reception services, and matters related to serving Tianjin-based enterprises with international operations.
