



The Belarus Workstation, located in Minsk, was signed with the base on May 28, 2025, with the representative of the cooperation partner "China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd."
The China-Belarus Industrial Park is currently the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone with the largest planned area and the highest level of cooperation in which China has participated in investment and development. It was jointly initiated by the heads of state of China and Belarus, strongly supported and promoted by both governments, and is primarily developed and operated by two central state-owned enterprises: China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) and China Merchants Group. The industrial park has a well-structured three-tier management framework. The China-Belarus Intergovernmental Coordination Committee (the highest management and coordination body for the park) is led by China's Ministry of Commerce and Belarus' Ministry of Economy, forming the China-Belarus Industrial Park Coordination Working Group to comprehensively advance various matters related to the industrial park. The China-Belarus Industrial Park Administrative Commission, established by relevant departments of the central government of Belarus and the Minsk Regional Government, is responsible for policy formulation, enterprise services, administrative approvals, and other matters within the park.
The workstation can provide services including: park development and operation, infrastructure construction, property management, investment promotion, and consulting services. According to the latest presidential decree, the China-Belarus Industrial Park focuses on developing the following industries: electronics and communications, machinery manufacturing, new materials, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, healthcare (medical products, medical services, testing and diagnostics), big data, e-commerce, integrated logistics, fine chemicals, and scientific innovation research and development.
