The Dubai Workstation, represented by its partner organization DMCC Yingtian China Center,signed an agreement with the base on July 2, 2025.  

The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), established by the Dubai government in 2002, is a flagship free zone aimed at positioning Dubai as a global hub for commodity trade. As the largest and fastest-growing free zone in the UAE, DMCC has been consistently recognized as the "Global Free Zone of the Year" by the Financial Times' Di Magazine for multiple years.
