The Germany Workstation, in collaboration with the Sino German Empowerment Innovation Center (SGEIC), signed an agreement with the base on April 7, 2025.  

The Sino German Empowerment Innovation Center is an international business company established based on multiple resources. Authorized by the Carl Duisberg Centren, it operates as a market consortium engaged in developing and coordinating partnership projects between China and Germany. It is also the implementing operator of the SGEIC project, organizing activities such as "European Companies' China Tour" and "Chinese Companies' Europe Tour." Leveraging close collaborations with European industries, economic sectors, research institutions, various schools, and government departments at all levels, the center designs tailored cooperation solutions to meet the practical needs of Chinese clients.  

The center's services cover international business consulting, industrial resource matching, Sino-German business cooperation and matchmaking, strategic planning for international operations (including corporate partnerships, market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and international trade), cross-cultural exchange, vocational education and training, and language training. Its business extends across various fields such as politics, economy, technology, culture, and education.  

The workstation offers services including organizing industrial inspection activities, precise matchmaking of trade demands, establishment of bonded commodity display zones, encouragement and support for cluster registration of trading enterprises, regular policy seminars, provision of trade supply chain financial services, joint participation in large-scale domestic and international exhibitions, and human resource development.
