Introduction

TEDA South Emerging Industries Zone extends to Sutai Road on the east, Gangzhong Highway on the south, Rongwu Expressway on the west, and Taigang Ninth Street on the north. The near-future planned area is 26 square kilometers, and the far-future planned development land area is about 100 square kilometers.

The supporting facilities in the Zone have basically taken shape, and the land is concentrated and contiguous, with good geological conditions. It is ready for construction of projects, and suitable for large-scale and medium-sized manufacturing projects.

Relying on the advantages of Tianjin Port and Nangang, the Zone focuses on developing strategic emerging industries, modern manufacturing, research finding commercialization, and modern service industries.
