Introduction

TEDA South Emerging Industries Zone extends to Sutai Road on the east, Gangzhong Highway on the south, Rongwu Expressway on the west, and Taigang Ninth Street on the north. The near-future planned area is 26 square kilometers, and the far-future planned development land area is about 100 square kilometers.

The supporting facilities in the Zone have basically taken shape, and the land is concentrated and contiguous, with good geological conditions. It is ready for construction of projects, and suitable for large-scale and medium-sized manufacturing projects.

Relying on the advantages of Tianjin Port and Nangang, the Zone focuses on developing strategic emerging industries, modern manufacturing, research finding commercialization, and modern service industries.

The “four latitudinal ones and three longitudinal ones” road layout have been formed within 6 square kilometers of the startup area, and it is now ready for opening to traffic; the street lights and greening projects were carried out simultaneously with road construction and have been completed.

Preliminary works have been carried out for the facilities. Simultaneous construction with projects may be implemented to ensure energy supply. It has been ready for project settlement.
