The Measures for Promoting Green and Low-Carbon Development in TEDA consist of five chapters and 46 articles, covering three major areas: energy conservation and carbon reduction, ecological environment, and building energy efficiency, encompassing 33 supported items. In alignment with the latest national deployments and requirements in areas such as accelerating the comprehensive green transition in economic and social development, the Measures strengthen support for advancing the construction of national carbon peak pilot zones.
