TEDA MSD Welcomes Offshore Oil Engineering Middle East Project Set

Recently, Tianjin TEDA Development Co., Ltd. formally signed an agreement with Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd., marking the settlement of the project set in TEDA MSD. This project set is primarily responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of projects in the Middle East, ranging from market development and bidding to EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) turnkey contracts, achieving integrated operations in investment, construction, and operations. The implementation of this project is a significant move by Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. to strategically advance its operating revenue from RMB 30 billion to RMB 60 billion.
