TEDA Enterprise Leads the Way! China's First Pharma-Grade Quantified PDRN Skincare Project Launched

Recently, TEDA-based enterprise Tianjin Joystar Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin Tipu Medicine Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Ruizhao Biotechnology Co., Ltd., officially launching China’s first Pharma-Grade Quantified PDRN skincare project. Simultaneously, a specialized cooperation agreement for glucan ingredients was signed.

Currently, as a popular skincare ingredient, PDRN faces persistent market issues such as unclear concentration levels and difficulty in verifying efficacy. The Pharma-Grade Quantified PDRN project explicitly proposes a dual-core standard of “pharma-grade + quantification,” aiming to establish a trustworthy PDRN supply chain and quality standard from the source. According to the cooperation agreement, the three parties will construct a fully transparent system spanning from raw material traceability to efficacy verification. As the core raw material supplier, Tianjin Tipu Medicine Technology Development Co., Ltd. will ensure the high purity, high activity, and batch-to-batch stability of PDRN raw materials, laying a solid pharma-grade foundation from the source. Joystar will be responsible for the formulation transformation and clinical validation of Pharma-Grade Quantified PDRN, ensuring that products fulfill the scientific promise of measurable ingredients and verifiable efficacy. Tianjin Ruizhao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. will promote the adoption of these standards and technological achievements in broader markets, helping to realize the concept of science-based skincare.
