Novo Nordisk Showcases Smart Manufacturing Highlights at the WIC

Novo Nordisk (China) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., an enterprise in TEDA, presents its highlights of intelligent manufacturing at the 5th World Intelligence Congress. Nielsen, vice president of Novo Nordisk Global Company and president of Tianjin Plant, and global executive vice president of Novo Nordisk Products’ Supply, Quality and IT attend the event and deliver speeches.

Tianjin Plant is Novo Nordisk’s only supplier of durable insulin injection equipment and the largest insulin preparation and filling production base outside Denmark, with 1,100 employees. In the past 26 years, Novo Nordisk has continuously expanded its investment in Tianjin, and is committed to building the Tianjin plant into an intelligent factory. “Our goal is to develop the Tianjin plant into a digital factory.
