Tianjin First Foreign Business Reception Set Up in TEDA
On December 3, Tianjin’s first Foreign Business Reception was launched at the Tianjin Binhai New Area Exit-Entry Service Center. The Reception fills the gap in Tianjin’s One-Stop Service for foreigners, providing support in entrepreneurship, cultural exchange, residency, education, etc. It is also another significant step in TEDA’s international business environment development, following the establishment of North China (TEDA) One-Stop Service Base for Enterprises Going Global.
The One-Stop Service Center for Foreigners is located at the Tianjin Binhai New Area Exit-Entry Service Center. It is the first in Tianjin to offer foreigners the convenience of All Procedures at One Visit, including work permits, residence permits, employment registration, and insurance registration. The service scope covers the entire city. On the first day, Ma Wenzhen, HR Manager of Asymchem, accompanied a couple from India, the Williams, to apply for their residence permits. “At this One-Stop Service Center, we can complete all the procedures in one time. We don’t have to take many trips,” said Ma.
Established by TEDA Business Welcome Center and built on original administrative services, the Foreign Business Reception provides foreigners with 39 specific value-added services across 14 aspects covering law, trade, finance, technology, intellectual property, talent, etc. It also carries out activities for enterprises to communicate and exchange business development. The Reception keeps up with the demand of foreigners throughout their journey in China from entry to entrepreneurship with all-round services.
