One More Industry-Education Base Joins TEDA

Recently, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Unmanned Intelligent Equipment Industry-Education Integration Base settled down at Yat-sen Intelligence & Innovation Park in TEDA. The project was jointly established by Zhongchengda Technology Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing Polytechnic College, with a total investment of 130 million yuan. It will mainly focus on industry-education integration and practical training of unmanned intelligent equipment, development and testing of unmanned intelligent technologies, and professional and skilled talent cultivation. It is aimed to become a comprehensive industry-education integration base and a vital resource platform for low-altitude economy and underwater economy.

Once completed, the project is expected to introduce 50 unmanned intelligent equipment-related projects over the next five years. In 2025, it will establish a drone test flight platform and an underwater robot testing platform. Specific facilities will include a low-altitude flight experiment platform, an underwater intelligent equipment experiment platform, an intelligent equipment incubator, and an academician workstation.
