1st Batch of 200kW Hydrogen-Powered Trucks Rolled Out in TEDA

Recently, the first batch of 200kW hydrogen-fuelled heavy-duty trucks, jointly developed by Geely Farizon and Rockcheck FuturEnergy, rolled off the production line in TEDA. These 100 units are the first of its kind in China to be mass-produced and deployed, marking a milestone in the commercialization of high-power hydrogen-powered trucks in China.

The model is built on the Farizon Xinghan G platform and is equipped with the Rockcheck Hydrogen Power Fe6-200kW fuel cell system and a high-capacity Type IV onboard hydrogen storage system. It features multiple breakthroughs in thermal management and intelligent driving technology, offering a lightweight design and long endurance, making it well-suited for mid-to-long-distance operations. Once deployed, these trucks will support hydrogen-powered port logistics at Tianjin Port and Huanghua Port, further extending operations to Chengde in Hebei, Changzhi in Shanxi, Baotou in Inner Mongolia, etc.

The company has established Tianjin Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. in TEDA. Rockcheck Group, with a 24-year presence in TEDA, has positioned its subsidiary Rockcheck FuturEnergy as an integrated solutions provider for the hydrogen energy industry.
