TEDA Welcomes Tianjin’s First Petrochemical-Focused Special Equipment Technical Service Platform
Recently, the Petrochemical Service Platform of Tianjin Special Equipment Inspection Institute was inaugurated in the Nangang Industrial Zone of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA). As Tianjin's first comprehensive technical service platform for special equipment serving large petrochemical bases, it will adopt a full-chain service model combining inspection & testing, risk assessment and emergency response to provide round-the-clock, all-round technical support for nearly 100,000 pieces of special equipment in Nangang, TEDA Middle Zone, and the integrated supervision zone of TEDA.
Through this platform, regional enterprises can complete all inspection and testing procedures for special equipment in one stop at their doorstep. At the same time, the platform will promptly push equipment inspection data to regulatory authorities, providing accurate and timely data support for hierarchical control and resource supervision and dispatch. The platform will serve as an “emergency command hub” equipped with one-touch incident activation, real-time expert consultation, and dynamic rescue resource allocation. This ensures golden-hour response efficacy for accidents, injecting robust momentum into TEDA’s special equipment safety governance.
