LONYU Robotics Wins Tianjin Municipal First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress

Recently, Tianjin LONYU Robotics Co., Ltd., a TEDA-based enterprise, was awarded the first prize of the Tianjin Municipal Scientific and Technological Progress Award for its project “Key Technologies and Applications of Heavy-Duty Unmanned Vehicles ”. The project has achieved multiple technological breakthroughs in the field of heavy-duty AGVs, including ultra-heavy load capacity and lightweight chassis optimization, an adaptive heavy-load balancing system, and technologies for precise control and positioning of heavy-duty vehicle bodies. It not only fills the domestic gap for ultra-heavy intelligent transport equipment but also achieves performance indicators at the world-leading level, injecting strong momentum into the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.  

Tianjin LONYU Robotics Co., Ltd. was established in TEDA in 2020 as an advanced heavy-duty AGV company. The company is dedicated to the professional research, development, and production of heavy-duty AGVs and smart factory intelligent logistics systems. It already holds over 165 patents (including 17 invention patents) and led the drafting and publication of the heavy-duty AGV group standard Technical Specifications for Heavy-Duty Industrial Application Mobile Robots in 2024.
