Golden Bridge Technology’s New Production Line Commences Operation in TEDA

Recently, the integrated high-end welding materials production line of Tianjin Golden Bridge Welding Materials Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise in TEDA, has been fully put into operation. With a total investment of 50 million yuan, the production line focuses on full-process digitalization and has independently developed multiple industry-leading technologies. Equipment such as the direct-drive wire drawing machine and high-speed wire cutting machine (1,800 pieces/minute) used in the project fill technological gaps in the industry. With this, Golden Bridge Technology now operates 42 intelligent welding material production lines, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons. The high-end welding materials are widely used in aerospace, marine engineering equipment, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, bridges, and pipeline transportation, which are exported to over 100 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, Africa, and beyond.  

Additionally, the company has achieved another major breakthrough in green development. The 7 MW photovoltaic power generation panels and 2 MW distributed wind power devices within the plant have been fully connected to the grid, generating 10 million kWh of electricity annually. This makes Golden Bridge Technology the first in China's welding materials industry to achieve self-sufficiency in clean energy.
