Nestlé Chairman Paul Bulcke Visits TEDA
On the morning of September 24, a delegation led by Paul Bulcke, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nestlé Group from Switzerland, visited Tianjin.
During their stay in Tianjin, the entire Board of Directors and Executive Board of Nestlé Group toured enterprises in TEDA represented by Nestlé Purina PetCare factory, gaining a good understanding of TEDA’s industrial environment in next-generation information technology and intelligent connected vehicle manufacturing. The delegation was deeply impressed by the technological innovations, artificial intelligence and digital industries, as well as the favorable business climate in TEDA.
Nestlé described TEDA as a captivating modern industrial area, where they experienced innovation, green development, and sustainable vitality. The group expressed gratitude for TEDA’s longstanding support and emphasized its strong commitment to the Chinese market. Nestlé plans to further enhance the functions of its Tianjin production base, diversify its product portfolio, and strengthen its global supply chain advantages.
The Nestlé delegation consisted of over 30 members, including the global leadership team, business representatives from Europe and America, former Swiss political figures, scholars, and leaders of major multinational corporations.
