First Factory in China! German Niche Champion LIFTKET Group Joins TEDA

Recently, LIFTKET Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was officially registered in TEDA. It is the first production-oriented subsidiary in China of Germany's LIFTKET Hoffmann GmbH, a global leader in the manufacturing of electric chain hoists. The establishment of the company marks the launch of LIFTKET Group's production localization strategy in China, serving as a critical step in its global expansion. At the same time, it injects robust new momentum of "German precision engineering" into TEDA's high-end equipment manufacturing.

With a history of over 75 years as a "hidden champion" from Germany, the LIFTKET Group remains dedicated to the niche field of electric chain hoists since its establishment in 1948. Thanks to its excelsior product quality and innovative capabilities, the group keeps a  leadering position globally in this niche market. Headquartered in Wurzen of Saxony, Germany, LIFTKET owns modern production bases and has established a complete industrial chain, spanning from core R&D to precision manufacturing. The group's products are renowned for three key advantages: modular design, German precision engineering, and patented safety systems. Previously, LIFTKET’s business was primarily concentrated in Europe and several mature markets in the Asia-Pacific region, with the potential of the Chinese market not fully explored. The establishment of this factory in China marks a significant strategic move for the group’s long-term development. After multiple rounds of careful evaluation and based on its solid cooperative foundation with enterprises in TEDA , LIFTKET decided to settle down in TEDA and set up its first production-oriented subsidiary in China.
