EDA and SIPG Logistics Sign Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement

On October 30, the Administrative Committee of TEDA officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with SIPG Logistics Co., Ltd. (SIPG Logistics).  Both parties will deepen collaboration in core areas of port and shipping, jointly building a new hub for northern shipping and logistics.

According to the agreement, SIPG Logistics will fully leverage TEDA's comprehensive advantages in industrial foundation, geographical location, transportation, and business environment. With TEDA as the core base, SIPG Logistics will integrate business resources in the northern region and establish a regional headquarters base. This base will create a multidimensional integrated system for port and shipping, logistics, and data services, extending the industrial chain through "modern logistics+."

Established in 2006, SIPG Logistics is a core enterprise in the port logistics sector wholly owned by Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. It has currently set up over 40 branches, subsidiaries, and equity-participated companies, with main businesses covering port support services, ship agency, and third-party logistics.
