PipeChina LNG Company Lands in TEDA

On December 26, PipeChina LNG Company Ltd. was officially registered in TEDA. The company will integrate LNG receiving terminals under PipeChina, offering services such as LNG storage, gasification and transmission, ship transfer, full-tank leasing, cold storage, tank container transfer, cold energy utilization, and tanker truck filling. It is set to become the largest specialized company in China in terms of the number and scale of LNG receiving terminals. With a registered capital of 500 million yuan, the new company oversees 10 LNG receiving terminals across the country and one emergency repair company, boasting an annual LNG receiving capacity of approximately 42 million tons, accounting for about 25% of the national total.

The establishment of PipeChina LNG Company Ltd. marks another significant achievement following the commissioning of PipeChina's Tianjin Operations Center and the signing of a scientific experimental base on November 26. Since its founding in 2019, PipeChina has established six secondary units in TEDA, covering areas such as natural gas receiving terminal management and operations, energy pipeline operation service and maintenance testing, engineering technical consulting and design services, and pipeline transmission technology research and development, experimentation, and promotion. This fully demonstrates PipeChina’s confidence and commitment to expanding its presence in TEDA.
