GBWM’s Invests ￥800mln in PhaseⅠ to Build Near-zero Carbon Intelligent Plant in TEDA

Recently, TEDA-based Tianjin Golden Bridge Welding Materials Technology Co., Ltd. set up a high-end welding materials intelligent manufacturing plant in Nangang Industrial Zone. For the new project, a near-zero carbon intelligent plant will be built.

The PhaseⅠ of the high-end welding materials intelligent manufacturing plant covers around 133, 000 square meters, with an investment of 800 million yuan. The plant is scheduled to be put into use by the end of 2022. Low-carbon production process will be used for the project. Automation and informationization will be widely adopted by production lines. The heat recovery devices will be independently developed to reduce the energy consumption. Moreover, green development concept also penetrates the construction of infrastructure. The plant adopts integrated workshop design, and adopts energy-saving technology in heat preservation, lighting and new energy vehicle charging. Meanwhile, backed by the abundant wind resources in Nangang Industrial Zone, the plant will build wind and photovoltaic power generation equipment to increase productivity and energy efficiency for sustainable green manufacturing.
