TEDA Industrial Park is located in the northern ecological area of Binhai New Area, only one road away from China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City and urban area of Hangu District. There are complete living facilities here, including Tianjin Medical University General Hospital Binhai Hospital and Binhai Eco-city School of Nankai Middle School, and abundant labor resources.
The transportation system in the Park is very convenient. Binhai North Station of high-speed railway is about 3.6 kilometers away from the Park. The surrounding expressways include Beijing-Tianjin Second Line, Changchun-Shenzhen Expressway, Haibin Expressway, Tianjin-Hangu Expressway, and Tianjin-Ninghe Expressway, and there are also other trunk lines such as Central Road and Tanggu-Hangu Urban Expressway.
Up to 2018, there were a total of 121 registered enterprises in the Park (according to industry and commerce registration information), and the number of employees of enterprises meeting four designated standards reached 3,989. The total industrial output value in 2019 was RMB 11.4 billion.
The Park has gradually formed an intelligent manufacturing industry represented by Yunsheng UAV Test Base and Hyundai Steel; a new energy and new material industry represented by Cabot, Rianlon, Sanhuan Lexi, and Dongqi Wind Power; a food industry represented by Cargill Food and Xiaohuo Juice; a biomedicine industry represented by CSPC Xinhui.
