Production Base of Meiji Dairies to Be Completed by the End of the Year

Recently, the production base of Meiji Dairies officially obtained power, expected to be completed by the end of the year. Located in TEDA West, the Base is the first production plant established by Meiji Holding Co., Ltd. in North China, with a total investment of about 300 million US dollars. The plant mainly produces cold fresh milk, yogurt and cream. After being put into production, it will effectively promote the accelerated development of regional food health industry.

The construction of the external power line in the Base is difficult with a tight schedule, which needs multi-department examination and approval. In order to ensure scheduled power supply, TEDA lists it in the “Emergency Projects in 2021”, and the power supply of the project is energized in advance through joint efforts.
