Tianjin Geely FARIZON Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Project
In the Tianjin Geely FARIZON Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Project, photovoltaic panels are installed on idle rooftop of the factory. It is expected to generate approximately 6.7 million kWh of electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 2,144 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 5,260 tons. The project not only meets the company's demand for green electricity and zero-carbon certification but also reduces its electricity procurement costs, achieving a good integration of economic, ecological, and social benefits.
CTGR Tianjin Nangang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project
The China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd. invested the Tianjin Nangang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project in Tianjin, which is Tianjin’s first offshore wind power initiative. With a total investment of approximately 2.2 billion yuan, the project will deploy 24 wind turbines east of the Nangang breakwater, each with a capacity of 8.5 MW. The total installed capacity will be about 204 MW, supported by a 220 kV offshore substation and an on-site control center covering an area of approximately 6,700 square meters. Once operational, the project is expected to generate around 630 million kWh of electricity annually.
Integrated Super Charging Demonstration Station with Photovoltaic, Storage, Charging, Discharging, and Inspection Capabilities
In October 2023, an integrated smart super charging station commenced operations in TEDA. The station combines capabilities of photovoltaic, storage, charging, discharging, and inspection, which is the largest contralized station in Tianjin. It features over 80 charging spaces and integrates technologies such as photovoltaics, energy storage, slow and fast charging, high-power liquid-cooled super charging, battery inspection, and a smart platform system. The safe, smart facility is highly efficient and convenient for users.
