TEDA-based Company Unveils Cutting-Edge Metrology Technologies and High-End Inspection Equipment

Recently, TEDA-based AVIC Great Wall Measurement and Testing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. unveiled a range of cutting-edge metrology technologies and high-end inspection equipment, including roughness measurement and evaluation technology based on fractal theory, "unattended" intelligent inspection technology, an integrated four-in-one artificial intelligence inspection validation platform for industrial field applications, a collaborative digital and intelligent upgrade platform integrating multi-disciplinary inspection equipment clusters (mechanics, thermodynamics, and chemistry), and on-site/in-situ calibration devices for temperature and humidity sensors. These innovations leverage proprietary core technologies to support the high-quality development of the aerospace, high-end equipment, and low-altitude economy sectors.
Among the highlights, the new-generation surface roughness measurement technology and evaluation method have drawn significant industry attention. This project innovatively integrates fractal geometry theory with traditional industrial measurement, achieving a more stable, intrinsic, and comparable evaluation of surface topography. The technology can be widely applied in fields such as aero-engines, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and high-end precision equipment.
