Tianjin's First Full-Chain Service Platform for Auto and Parts Overseas Expansion Launched in TEDA

On September 20, during the 2026 International Forum (TEDA) on Chinese Automotive Industry Development, the TEDA Auto and Parts Overseas Expansion Promotion and Service Alliance was officially launched. As Tianjin's first full-chain service platform for auto and parts overseas expansion, it aims to drive the wide extension of the automotive and auto parts industrial chain from TEDA and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region into global incremental markets, providing precise services for enterprises going global and building an open and collaborative automotive overseas expansion ecosystem. 

Spearheaded by TEDA, the Alliance boasts over 70 initial members, covering the life cycle of cars, core components, auto after-sales maintenance, and modification and upgrading, while integrating five major systems: power transmission, chassis, interior and exterior body trims, automotive electrical and electronic systems, and fluid assistance. The member entities include cars and core auto parts enterprises such as FAW-Volkswagen, Farizon Auto, Waller, Hong Bang Die Casting, and Lizhong Wheel, as well as professional service agencies and industry organizations like the China EV100, Winners Law Firm, Kindknow, and the Tianjin Chamber of Commerce of Import and Export, forming a comprehensive service support network that covers the entire process of automotive overseas expansion.

Following its launch, the Alliance will establish a normalized synergistic mechanism between auto enterprises and supply chain companies. In collaboration with professional agencies, it will carry out full-process services including overseas market research, business visits, product admission and registration, overseas site selection and plant construction, channel and warehousing layout, and cross-border financial and tax compliance, thereby forming a precise, "one-on-one" customized overseas expansion service model. Moving forward, the Alliance will focus on two directions: the pre-positioning of technical standards and compliance, and the localized implementation of overseas services, helping enterprises establish full-process compliance management systems and promoting the collaborative overseas expansion of the industrial chain.
