TEDA Supports Enterprise Expansion with Customized Services

Sitonholy (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. recently signed an agreement to lease the entire plant in the Yet-sen Intelligence & Innovation Park in TEDA, marking a new round of production expansion and upgrades. This serves as a vivid example of TEDA's commitment to providing customized services and fostering a business environment that supports enterprise growth.

Sitonholy, a key player in the domestic AI server market, has ranked among the top eight on the IDC China Accelerator Server List. As its production capacity rapidly scales up, the company's existing facilities no longer meets its needs. In response to this "growing pain," TEDA's investment promotion department proactively reached out to the company, offering a flexible service model that allows enterprises to "order on demand" and undergo "customized renovations."

To precisely match the production requirements of Sitonholy's AI computing server R&D and manufacturing, TEDA engaged in multiple in-depth discussions with the company. After comprehensive evaluation, the company chose the site in the Yet-sen Innovation Park, where tailored upgrades were carried out, including structural reinforcement, spatial optimization, power and data infrastructure enhancement, and pipeline renovation. Additionally, R&D facilities and talent apartments were planned and built alongside the site to fully support the company's integrated needs for production, R&D, and expansion. This initiative not only helped the company expand its capacity and save time, but also established a new "on-demand ordering" service model for TEDA's future investment promotion efforts.
