TEDA's First OPC Community Launched

Recently, TEDA's first OPC (One-Person Company) community, "TEDA + Innovation Park," was officially launched at the Digital Intelligence Technology Industrial Park in Dongfang Mingdi Building. The first batch of OPC Founders Limited-time Recruitment is now open.

"TEDA + Innovation Park" aims to serve as an incubator and accelerator for high-tech, innovation-driven startups in digital intelligence industries and future industries. To help startup teams travel light, the community offers a rent-free period for the first three months. It also features a vertically integrated, multi-dimensional innovation ecosystem, including shared meeting rooms, a pantry area, and exhibition areas. The community will establish a computing power scheduling hub, assist resident enterprises in meeting the needs of chain-leading enterprises in the area, and offering policy access to support their incubation and growth within TEDA.

The project is now recruiting its first group of "TEDA + Innovation Partners," with a focus on individuals or small teams in areas such as AIGC entrepreneurship, industry-specific AI application development, digital marketing self-employed professionals, and industrial/urban AI solution providers. Whether a solo developer or a team of 3–5 tech enthusiasts, anyone with AI technical capabilities, computing power needs, and a desire for real-world application scenarios is welcome to apply for residency.
