Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for Zhengfang Zhicheng's Intelligent Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing Base

On June 8, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Intelligent Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing Base of Tianjin Zhengfang Zhicheng Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. was held in the West Zone of TEDA. Representing a total investment of RMB 260 million, the project focuses on the R&D and production of specialized intelligent oilfield equipment, specifically centering on core products like intelligent well-servicing robots and vehicle-mounted workover rigs. Following its scheduled trial operation in 2027, the facility will provide customized solutions for both domestic and overseas markets upon reaching full capacity, significantly enhancing the production scale and technological strength of high-end petroleum equipment manufacturing in Tianjin.

To expedite project implementation, TEDA provided proactive and precise services by utilizing the "Commence Construction upon Land Acquisition" model and an "Expert + Steward" assistance system, streamlining the entire process from land acquisition to approval and shortening the timeline by nearly two weeks.
