TEDA Marine Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Breaks Ground

Recently, TEDA's Marine Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park entered the construction phase following the issuance of its construction permit and the completion of its first trial pile. Representing a total investment of RMB 69 million, the project includes two standardized steel-structure customized workshops designed to provide high-quality space for marine equipment R&D, manufacturing, and pilot testing, creating a professional "turnkey" industrial carrier for efficient production. Upon completion, the Park will further refine the regional support system and aggregate high-end intelligent manufacturing resources, driving the marine equipment industry toward more cluster-based, high-end, and intelligent development.

The project proactively aligned with the development needs of leading domestic state-owned oil and gas enterprises during its preliminary stage. By strictly adhering to industrial layouts and workshop usage standards, TEDA implemented a full-process customized design from site selection to master planning, fully exemplifying TEDA's commitment to optimizing its business environment through proactive, customized services designed to attract industry leaders.

The total investment for this project was entirely sourced from capital recycled from existing REIT assets, opening up a brand-new investment and financing path for industrial park construction. Leveraging the empowerment of REITs, the project focuses on creating high-quality industrial assets that are operational, cultivatable, and expandable, and establishes a development closed-loop encompassing the listing of mature assets to raise funds, the investment of capital into new industrial projects, the cultivation of stable cash flow through park operations, and the recycling of funds via asset appreciation for reinvestment, thereby continuously optimizing the industrial investment layout.
