Leading Chinese Specialty Gas Supplier Project Breaks Ground in Nangang

Recently, Dalian Special Gases Co., Ltd. broke ground on its electronic specialty gas, laboratory specialty gas, and medical gas mixture project in the Nangang Industrial Zone. With a total investment of RMB 105 million, the project will feature production lines for these specialty gases and is scheduled for completion and operation in 2027. Upon production, the facility will effectively fill domestic gaps in high-end electronic specialty gas, medical gas mixtures, and solid-state hydrogen storage in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, providing essential supporting products for numerous regional semiconductor and optoelectronic leaders.

Since the project's inception, TEDA’s service team, with a model of  "Expert + Dual Butlers", has collaborated closely to ensure efficient, full-process implementation from project initiation to groundbreaking. Specialty gas projects usually involves complex process, with a large number of supporting units. The traditional way of approval takes a long preparation cycle. To address these challenges, TEDA implements a reform measure which allows the piles breaking ground without the completion of all procedures. Once core preliminary reviews are completed and a specialized permit for pile foundation is obtained, on-site piling work commences immediately while permits of main works are processed in parallel, significantly shortening the preparation timeline.
