First Case of Cross-Regional Recognition for On-Site Real-Name Authentication Results in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Lands in TEDA

On July 20, an executive from a TEDA-based enterprise completed on-site real-name authentication at the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) Government Services Hall, successfully finalizing a cross-regional filing for executives. This marks the first successful implementation of cross-regional mutual recognition for on-site real-name authentication results in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. Service windows in both development zones have utilized a secure, dedicated data line for real-time transmission, enabling data to travel more and people to run fewer errands.

In May, following the latest registration guidelines, TEDA further streamlined its administrative procedures and refined on-site real-name verification protocols. To improve cross-regional service convenience, government windows in Beijing and Tianjin proactively harmonized their operational standards, taking the lead in launching a two-way mutual recognition model. Under this mechanism, representatives of TEDA-registered enterprises can submit registration and filing documents at the Beijing E-Town hall while completing offline real-name authentication. Once verified at the Beijing window, the authentication data is pushed in real time to Tianjin via the dedicated line, where Tianjin authorities directly accept the results to finalize registration. With support for cross-regional document collection, corporate personnel no longer needs to commute between the two cities.
