TEDA Enterprise Bohua Chemical Development Achieves "Dual Level-4" Certification, the First in Chemical Industry

Recently, TEDA enterprise Tianjin Bohua Chemical Development Co., Ltd. won the Level 4 (Quantitatively Managed Level) certification of Data Management Capability Maturity Model (DCMM) , becoming the first enterprise in China's chemical industry to simultaneously hold both DCMM Level 4 and Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model (CMMM) Level 4 certifications.  It is ground-breaking for a chemical enterprise in China to obtain two high-level certifications. Such certifications means that the company is in a front-running position in the standardized data governance and smart manufacturing.

DCMM is an authoritative national standard in China's data management field, with its Level 4 "Quantitatively Managed Level" representing an advanced stage of domestic data management practice that covers a complete system encompassing data strategy, governance architecture, standards and norms, quality control, and data security. CMMM Level 4 "Optimizing Level" represents the highest-level certification for domestic manufacturing enterprises, requiring companies to achieve precise prediction and optimization of core operations. Given the lengthy production chain, intricate data sources, and stringent safety and environmental standards in chemical industry, enterprises have to not only establish a comprehensive and mature data governance framework, but also deeply embed data across the entire production process to gain such certifications.
