Kumho Tire Secures New Export Orders from SCO Countries

Following the successful convening of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Tianjin in 2025, Kumho Tire, an ROK company, seized the momentum to forge partnerships with countries including Pakistan and Kazakhstan. This year, the enterprise has secured multiple new orders, boosting sales by 30% year-on-year. Furthermore, to facilitate high-efficiency customs clearance, Tianjin Customs has introduced a "one-stop" full-procedure clearance model at the point of origin, helping the enterprise smoothly access overseas markets.

Established in TEDA in 2005, Kumho Tire (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is deeply committed to tire technology R&D, and has successively introduced next-generation cutting-edge products such as the RunFlat and Ennov series, winning prestigious international awards including Germany's iF Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, and the US IDEA Design Award. This year, the enterprise invested nearly RMB 60 million in automating core equipment such as tire building machines, further improving production efficiency to meet growing market demand.
