Otis Debuts in Green Intelligent Building Expo

On June 24, Otis Elevator (China) Co., Ltd., an enterprise in TEDA, debuted in China Building Science Conference and Green Intelligent Building Expo, and unveiled a new generation of Gen3™ elevator for the first time in China. The elevator integrates the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence, being the global synchronous product of Otis.

Otis is a world-renowned elevator and escalator manufacturer, installer and service provider, and has been deeply involved in China for 37 years. Since 1998, Otis has successively invested in many companies in economic development zones. In July 2007, Otis Elevator TEDA Base was completed and put into operation. The base is one of the important manufacturing bases of Otis in the world, and also the first green factory certified by LEED Gold in China.
