China’s First ‘Inter-provincial Government Services’ Launched in Beijing-Tianjin-Guangzhou Economic Development Zones
On August 6, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area and Guangzhou Economic & Technological Development District signed the Framework Agreement of Government Service Reform and Innovation Cooperation Alliance in Beijing-Tianjin-Guangzhou Economic Development Zones, officially launching 268 “inter-provincial government services” in the three national economic development zones. The alliance is the first cooperation alliance of government service reform and innovation in China, and the linkage mode of “inter-provincial government services” launched this time is the first in China, covering business-concern key areas of business registration, industry access, employment qualification, and personnel compensation. The launch of the service makes it time-saving, convenient and efficient for the enterprises in the three zones to deal with the relevant off-site and local business.
With the establishment of the alliance, the three zones will form a cooperation mechanism for government service reform and innovation, and strive to create a “national model” for government service reform and innovation.
