Phase I of Throne Logistics Industrial Park Put into Operation in TEDA

Recently, the first phase of Throne (TEDA) Green & Smart Logistics Industrial Park, located in TEDA Industrial Park, has been officially put into operation. Covering an area of 100,000 square meters, the project is the first and only logistics center in Tianjin that can provide constant temperature storage, and is built in two phases. The first phase includes 2 single-story warehouses, office buildings, equipment rooms and related supporting facilities. The park utilizes intelligent logistics equipments and green& intelligent energy-saving solutions to carry out operations.

The investor of this project is Hong Kong Throne International Logistics Co., Ltd., which is the executive platform for the projects related to the M&A and business divestiture adjustment of the multinational Crown Worldwide Group. In 2018, Throne established a logistics company in TEDA and introduced the Crown Worldwide Group China operation company as well as the Throne Group China headquarters in TEDA. These companies have provided international high-standard smart and green logistics supporting facilities for the upgrading of new energy vehicles, high-end manufacturing, biomedicine and other industries, and also undertake RMS business. The Throne Logistics Industrial Park is the largest logistics center of Crown Worldwide Group, which will help the comprehensive development of high-end logistics industry in TEDA and further promote the optimization and upgrading of next-gen AI industry in TEDA and Binhai New Area.
