The Second OPEB Global Partners Conference Opens

Recently, the 2nd OPEB Global Partners Conference was successfully held at the Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park in TEDA. As a significant initiative to expand channels for the National Offshore Entrepreneurial Base for Overseas Professionals (Tianjin Binhai) and attract talents, this conference has gathered OPEB partners from around the world, finalists of the Tianjin Overseas Talent Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition and outstanding entrepreneurs to jointly explore avenues for attracting and gathering talents overseas, contributing to the innovation and development of the Base.

During the conference, the Base officially signed strategic cooperation agreements for the year 2024 with five organizations, including the Chinazhigui Science and Technology Innovation Center in UK, the Asian Association of Female Professor Entrepreneurs, the Sino-Europe Life Science Alliance, the France-China Incubator Association, and the Eastern US Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance.

The conference also released a “Solution to Enhance the Success Rate of Overseas Talents Entrepreneurship.” This Solution focuses on verification, minimum guarantee, communication, and liberalization. It combines the advantages and characteristics of Base services, providing overseas talents with a practical entrepreneurial solution.

In addition, the Base will host the Fifth Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Forum in Brussels, Belgium, on December 12th, marking its first international event.
