Tech Breakthroughs of TEDA-based DexBio Win Two Prestigious Awards

Recently, at the 28th National Invention Exhibition·Belt and Road and BRICS Skills Development and Technology Innovation Competition, Tianjin Dexiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a company based in TEDA, was honored with the Gold Medal of the National Invention Exhibition and the Best Invention Award from the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations. The company’s project, Innovation and Application of Microfluidic Gel Technology, focuses on the field of blood transfusion testing. It has achieved a world-first by enabling intelligent and unattended blood transfusion testing operations through its intelligent blood transfusion testing analysis system and automated testing pipeline. Currently, the company’s products have completed clinical trials, and full-scale commercialization is expected by early 2025. Upon launch, DexBio aims to export its innovative technologies and patented products to global markets.
