TEDA Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park Welcomes 7 Key Projects
TEDA Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park hosted a signing ceremony for key projects on January 22. Seven projects settled down, including Digital Intelligence Tier (Tianjin)’s Liquid Cooling Intelligent Computing Integrated Equipment R&D and Production Base, COSL’s Oilfield Service Capability Support Center, Handeson (Tianjin)’s Resource Recycling Technology Innovation Center, Good Doctors (Tianjin)’s Network Technology Project, CNOOC Well Control Center Tianjin Technical Training Project, ILE’s Pharmaceutical Excipient R&D and Production Base, and Qianyuan Huake Carbon Fiber Materials R&D and Production Project. These projects focus on multiple fields such as artificial intelligence, new energy and new materials, biopharmaceuticals, and practical training services.
Among the signed projects, Digital Intelligence Tier (Tianjin)’s Liquid Cooling Intelligent Computing Integrated Equipment R&D and Production Base involves a total investment of 470 million yuan. It plans to establish a production base for immersion cooling intelligent computing equipment, a 2000P immersion cooling AI computing power center, and a demonstration and technology promotion center. Once completed, it will provide efficient and stable intelligent computing hardware products and computing power platforms for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and North China. ILE’s Pharmaceutical Excipient R&D and Production Base, with a total investment of 80 million yuan, will focus on producing self-developed pharmaceutical excipient products that are internationally advanced. As of now, the number of registered enterprises in the Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park has grown from 1,443 in 2019 to over 5,800. Beijing-based enterprises account for over 20% of the total, significantly enhancing the park’s economic contribution.
