China Huadian Corporation’s Coal Transfer Center Settles Down in Yuxiang Area, TEDA

Tianjin Branch of China Huadian Corporation(CHD) Beijing Fuel Logistics Co., Ltd. has settled down in the Yujiapu-Xiangluowan Area (the Yuxiang Area for short) of TEDA. The company is the coal transfer center of China Huadian Corporation, mainly responsible for the intensive procurement and supply of waterway transported coal for coastal and river power plants, coal market trade operation, as well as port leasing, construction, operation and safety management of waterway transported coal logistics system.

The responsible person of the enterprise said that the company will start with the location advantage, policy advantage and information advantage of Yuxiang Area to accelerate the construction of storage and transportation sites in the northern port and form a supply chain for power coal resource allocation. Ultimately, the company will become a center for optimal resource allocation and logistics scheduling of downstream waterway transported coal, a center for dynamic inventory and joint reserve, a center for capital and balance of interests, and a center for coordination service of upstream and downstream units.

Previously, the Tianjin Binhai New Area has released the Opinions on Supporting the High-Quality Development of Yujiapu-Xiangluowan Area, the Core Area of Binhai. This document launches 39 specific policies in industrial development support and other ten aspects and provides Yuxiang Area a comprehensive support for its high-quality development.
