Tianjin’s Only Maglev High-Speed Rotating Machinery Research and Production Base Completes Construction in TEDA

On June 8, Tianjin EMAGING Technology Co., Ltd. held a completion ceremony for its new factory in Tianjin. Located in TEDA West, the factory has a total investment of 700 million yuan. It is the only research and production base for maglev high-speed rotating machinery in Tianjin and an important part of EMAGING’s strategic layout for its whole industry chain. The new factory will primarily focus on the research and production of maglev turbo blowers, maglev high-speed permanent magnet motors, and other related products. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 8,000 units after being put into operation.

Established in TEDA in 2006, EMAGING is a national high-tech enterprise and a “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in maglev high-speed rotating machinery. The company possesses independent intellectual property rights for the overall core technology of maglev bearings. It has participated in the formulation and revision of multiple national and industry standards and has undertaken the national-level key project “High-Speed Precision Maglev Bearings”. The company’s maglev series products, such as turbo blowers, turbo vacuum pumps, and refrigeration compressors, are distributed worldwide.
