China’s First MCV4 Approved

Recently, Meningococcal Group ACYW135 Quadrivalent Conjugate Vaccine (MCV4) developed by CanSino Biotechnology was officially approved by China Food and Drug Administration. The vaccine is the first and only meningitis conjugate vaccine in China, covering four serogroups A, C, W135 and Y, filling the gap that there is no quadrivalent meningitis conjugate vaccine in China. The new vaccine covers a wider population and can provide more comprehensive and high-quality protection for babies aged 3 months to 47 months.
