2026 World Intelligence Expo to Open in Tianjin, Showcasing Global AI Future

The 2026 World Intelligence Expo will be held in Tianjin from May 28 to 31, serving as a high-level international platform for cooperation in the global smart industry and aiming to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence into the real economy.

This year's expo will include exhibitions, competitions, business matchmaking and interactive experiences. The event will focus on emerging trends in AI, expand cooperation into new areas, showcase innovative achievements, and stimulate industrial growth through innovation-driven activities.

The expo will highlight frontier fields such as embodied intelligence and autonomous driving, while exploring the deep integration of AI with economic and social development.

More than 200 research reports and innovation outcomes will be released by global institutions and think tanks, spanning smart mobility, the low-altitude economy, intelligent manufacturing, healthcare technology and smart living. These releases are expected to serve as a barometer for the development of the global AI industry.

International cooperation will be a major feature. Guest countries from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will participate, while partner countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative will engage in trade and technology exchanges. Institutions from the United Kingdom, Germany, the European Union and South Korea will also hold dialogues on carbon neutrality and health technology.

The exhibition area will cover 130,000 square meters, attracting more than 700 companies, including leading enterprises such as Huawei, Lenovo, Tesla and Unitree Robotics. A dedicated Smart Tianjin zone will showcase local innovation, while an embodied intelligence hall will feature nearly 150 robots.
