TEDA Achieves Productive Results at the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Digital Economy Industry Conference

On November 22, at the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Digital Economy High-Quality Development Synergy Conference, TEDA Administrative Commission signed a cooperation framework agreement with China Academy of Industrial Internet. The two parties will explore in-depth collaboration in fields of industrial internet strategy, planning, policy, standards research, and the construction of networks, platforms, security, and data systems. At the same time, TEDA also signed relevant cooperation agreements in the field of digital convergence and innovative development with Tianjin Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd., Tianjin China Academy of Industrial Internet, and Hebei Innovation and Creation Society.

Additionally, the conference released the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Digital Economy Innovation and Development Initiative. The initiative proposes that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should use the development of the digital economy industry as a breakthrough and continuously explore the imaginative space and application scenarios of the digital economy. Ultimately, TEDA with be transformed into a demonstration zone for innovative development of the digital economy.

In recent years, TEDA has actively promoted the deep integration of digital technology with the “Manufacturing-Led Development Concept.” By the third quarter of 2023, the total operating income of the core industries in the digital economy in the entire region approached 100 billion yuan, attracting a group of industrial internet leading enterprises represented by XCMG HanYun, Inspur, and CAXA. At the same time, TEDA is building an AI open-source comprehensive service platform based on the Tianhe new generation supercomputer. This will accelerate the coverage of big data infrastructure services such as Tianhe Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and Kingsoft Cloud for regional enterprises.
