近日，天津经开区管委会与天津滨海新区建设投资集团有限公司签署投资合作协议，滨海建投集团计划于2024年在经开区“于响”地区打造总部楼宇。双方将围绕发展新质生产力，在科创服务、产业投资、新基建、城市更新、资产经营等领域开展合作，利用总部楼宇建设“滨城科创大脑”平台，设立初创企业孵化区、成长企业发展区，助力经开区高质量发展。
